Being part of Expotextil Lima 2023 was a great experience for both Yorkshire Zheijiang and Yorkshire Farben. From October 26th to October 29th, we set up a joint booth at the Jockey Exhibition Center in Lima, sharing our latest textile solutions with industry enthusiasts and experts.
International Showcase
The event served as a global hub, with 250 exhibitors from 20 different countries converging to display their innovations in spinning, weaving, knitting, and finishing. Our booth became a focal point for those interested to explore cutting-edge developments in the textile world.
Engaging with Industry Leaders
Our team had the opportunity of interacting with fifty managers from diverse dyeing companies. It was helpful to share insights and information about our extensive range of dyes, including Disperse, Acids, Reactive, and Cationic dyes. Products like Polyperse, Intrasil, Serilene, Intracron, and Yoracryl garnered significant interest.
Tailoring Solutions for Peru
One of the highlights was presenting our specialized solutions for the Peruvian textile market, well-known for its high-quality garments made from fine Alpaca wools. Our Premets dyes, such as Neutrilan and Eurolan, and acid dyes like Nylanthrene and Nylonacid, resonated well with the market that demands exceptional color fastness.
Embracing Virtual Collaboration
After a few technical discussions we were invited to connect with visitors through Whatsapp, Zoom, or Teams meetings. This innovative approach allowed us to delve deeper into potential collaborations and future possibilities.
Adhering to Industry Standards
The Peruvian textile market is known for its high quality materials for fashion, but also underwear sector and upholstery. Compliance with essential norms such as Oeko-tex 100 Class 1, ZDHC, and BlueSign was crucial, and our team was well-prepared to address inquiries on these fronts.
Success and Future Outlook
Expotextil Lima 2023 exceeded our expectations. The event brought us new connections and opened doors to potential new business ventures. Many technical managers visited us with very concrete questions we were glad to answer. When additional issues were necessary to be clarified, we promised to come back to them with an answer from our technicians in Krefeld, Germany.
Looking Ahead
Lima was a successful experience, and we are looking forward to reconnecting with industry peers at Expotextil Lima next year. Definitively, this event has been successful in terms of contacts , volumes of possible new business.
You will meet us next year same place.
